No joy: Festivus pole will be absent from Capitol this year

AnĀ all-blackĀ ā€œFestivusā€ pole will notĀ be appearing in the Capitol rotunda this holiday season, according to aĀ Department of Management ServicesĀ spokeswoman. Maggie MicklerĀ said Friday that South Florida-based activistĀ Chaz Stevens emailed the department Thursday evening.
