More developments from the latest domestic issue involving the House of Blair: Brett Leslie Blair, 18, was charged with possession of oxycodone, marijuana and paraphernalia when the 1996 Toyota he was driving was pulled over by Tampa police for speeding at 5:27 a.m. near Brooks Street and Busch Boulevard.
