Tall Ship Lynx to dock in St. Pete — permanently

The Tall Ship Lynx, a modern interpretation of an 1812 American privateer, is scheduled to sail into St. Pete on Wednesday morning where it has found a permanent winter home. Downtown St. Petersburg’s power infrastructure is getting a multi-million-dollar safety and reliability upgrade. Over the next two weeks, crews from Duke Energy will be adding advanced safety features to electrical manholes throughout downtown St. Pete.
