U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio returns to his old stomping grounds – Tallahassee – for a Rubio Victory PAC breakfast fundraising reception today for the prospective 2016 presidential candidate. Rubio will have “something important” to say in a few days, on April 13. The $1,000-a-plate general reception begins 8:30 a.m. at the Governors Club Plantation Room, 202 S.
