Florida authorities say a deputy has been involved in fatal shooting in St. Petersburg. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office says a call came in about 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Detectives were gathering evidence near the scene at 23rd Street S. and 21st Avenue S. Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Spencer Gross tells WFLA-TV that a suspect is deceased.
