‘All-star’ design teams named for $3 billion Water Street Tampa project
Design teams were named Tuesday for Water Street Tampa, the much-touted plan for the city’s Channelside area from Jeff Vinik‘s Strategic Property Partners and Bill Gates‘ asset management firm Cascade Investment. The group also released a new conceptual illustrated video that shows how the district will come together over the next few years along the Tampa waterfront.
