Law enforcement officials have identified the shooter at the GOP congressional baseball practice this morning as James T. Hodgkinson of Belleville, Illinois. The Washington Post reports that Hodgkinson, 66, owns a home inspection business. Records show his home inspection license expired November 2016 and was not renewed.
