USF’s Quentin Flowers wins weekly Sunshine State Award
Maybe the reason USF coach Willie Taggart was still throwing at the end was that he wanted to inflate quarterback’s Quentin Flowers‘ numbers for the Sunshine Player of the Week. Taggart didn’t get his last-second touchdown, but Flowers still had enough numbers for the weekly award.
