Personnel note: Alan Suskey adds Rob Fields to his burgeoning firm

Rob Fields, a former state technology official, is joining Suskey Consulting as Vice President of Government Affairs, the firm announced Monday. Fields, a state government veteran, was Chief Information Officer for two state agencies, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and the Agency for Health Care Administration.
