Clearwater’s Melanie Margalis still churning through the pool

It isn’t an Olympic year, so fewer fans are paying attention. But Melanie Margalis is still cutting through the water. Margalis, the University of Georgia swimmer from Clearwater, posted the fourth-fastest time in the world this year at 2:10.26.
