Gov. Rick Scott ordered flags at half-staff on Saturday in honor of Taylor County sheriff’s deputy Michael Scott Williams. The order came in a memo to Taylor County Administrator Dustin Hinkle and county Sheriff L.E. “Bummy” Williams.
