Leslie Waters re-elected Seminole mayor
Leslie Waters won her second term as Seminole Mayor Monday when qualifying passed, and no one signed up to oppose her. Incumbents Thom Barnhorn and Jim Quinn are facing a challenge from Tom Christy for the two open seats on the Seminole council.
