The latest on severe weather across the United States (all times local): 6 p.m. The National Hurricane Center says that Tropical Storm Colin has formed in the Gulf of Mexico and is predicted to land in Florida. There’s a tropical storm, maybe a hurricane, maybe heading straight for us. Maybe. Nevertheless, demolition of the inverted pyramid has been temporarily put on hold in order to make sure the site is safe should a storm maybe hit St. Petersburg.
