Miami Dolphins fans can now party responsibly with UberTailgate, a new service giving people the ultimate home-game experience as well as significantly reducing traffic at Hard Rock Stadium. The Hillsborough Public Transportation Commission (PTC) is taking public money from the Hillsborough County Clerk’s Office due to mismanagement and woefully inadequate accounting practices with several egregious discrepancies.
