Rick Scott makes his March Madness picks
Gov. Rick Scott’s veto pen is getting bored of waiting for the legislative session, apparently. So he used it, or perhaps another, to fill out his bracket predictions for the 2015 NCAA Basketball Tournament. Scott’s administration sent out a photo showing Scott handwriting his predictions on a bracket sheet -– pen in hand, reading glasses on his face.
