St. Pete to provide free grocery shuttle from Midtown to nearby Wal-Mart starting May 13
To address food insecurity in South St. Petersburg, the city will start offering free transportation from Midtownโs Tangerine Plaza to the nearest Wal-Mart supercenter at Central Plaza. In February, Wal-Mart closed its Tangerine Plaza Neighborhood Market, one of the few major grocery stores servicing Midtown.
