From the Washington Post’s The Fix: Former state House Speaker Marco Rubio is nearly doubling up Gov. Charlie Crist in the Florida Republican Senate primary, according to a new poll conducted by Research 2000 for the liberal Daily Kos blog. Last week, the Huffington Post’s Nico Pitney (who is also a former member of ThinkProgress) found himself in the center of controversy after President Obama called on him at a press conference.
