TallyMadness voting underway; upsets brewing; mobile version coming

Voting in the first round of TallyMadness — an online competition to determine Florida’s best lobbyist — is underway and already several upsets are in the making.

More than 4,000 votes were cast during the first full day of voting of 32 brackets pitting 64 of the state’s top influencers against each other.

A cursory review of the first day of voting shows several upsets are already in the making. For example, #16 seed Marc Reichelderfer is narrowly ahead of #1 seed Brian Ballard.

Addressing concerns about being able to vote on an iPad, a mobile version of TallyMadness should be launched later today.
