Set-up begins at 4 p.m., with sign waving from 4:30 p.m. – dusk. Volunteers can turn north on Damascus Road for parking. The RPPC will provide signs, but flags and homemade signs are welcome. Sign wavers must remain 5 feet from the road, no horns of any kind are allowed. The RPPC is also hosting a “Rocking for Rick Scott” phone bank/neighborhood canvassing event on Saturday beginning 9 a.m. through 9 p.m. Volunteers can lend a hand at one of three locations: Palm Harbor Office, 34064 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, contact Cory Dewell (727) 269-2510; Clearwater Office, 4585 140th Ave. N, Ste. 1004, contact Spencer Bell (727) 709-5356; and St. Petersburg Office, 3993 Tyrone Blvd. N., Ste. 200, contact Andrew Brey, (727) 519-3507.
