The Facebook status update of the day from a local political candidate comes from Peter Nehr

Today’s Facebook status update of the day from a local political candidate belongs to Representative Peter Nehr:

“Over 200 of my signs are now gone over the last few days. The County workers say it was not them. Then yesterday one of my supporters saw my opponent Carl Zimmerman himself taking my signs and putting them in the trunk of his car. When confronted he says yes they are my opponents signs but they are lies. First of all they are not lies. We have proof of everything he said. Also Carl: it is against the law to steal signs regardless. What a twit.”

This was followed up with:

“So my opponents latest dirty trick. Has a commercial where he shows a photo of me after my 50 pound weight loss and my success fighting diabetes. Then in a box right below my waist he has a box labelled”censored ” trying to get you to think I am naked below my waist. Talk about nasty dirty politics. Really Carl. Is that what you need to do to try and win after losing to me twice before?”
