The other Bedinghaus to run for Judge

in Peter/The Bay and the 'Burg by

Just as I get done criticizing ol’ Paul Bedinghaus, word has come that the dear Mrs. Susan Bedinghaus will be running for County Judge, Group 17 seat, one of two new county judgeships added to Pinellas County during the last legislative session. I have to admit that Susan is just peaches by me. She’s a considerate, intelligent jurist who will be a worthy addition to the local judiciary. Good luck, Susan!

As for the other seat, Lorraine Kelly has hired the decrepit Jack Latvala (when is he going to really retire to the Steinhatchee) to run her campaign for the Group 16. No word — at least that I can share — yet on who plans to run for the new Circuit Court seat also added by the Legislature.
