Gustafson, who reported an overall total of $43,508, got a boost from the state Democratic Party, which chipped in $19,000 on Sept. 13. Gustafson, however, is far behind incumbent Bill Hager in raising money. Hager collected $41,570 during the most-recent period, giving him a total of $178,340.
