The U.S. Chamber of Commerce today endorsed U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan’s re-election campaign.

“Vern has a distinguished record as a job-creator,” said Rob Engstrom, Senior Vice President and National Political Director for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  “His 30-years of private sector experience and support for pro-growth, free-market policies is just what we need in Washington.  The Chamber is proud to endorse his re-election to Congress.”

The U.S. Chamber represents more than three million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions.

“I am a businessman, not a politician,” said Buchanan.  “I understand that for businesses to grow and create jobs, we need lower taxes, less government, and less litigation.  I am honored to receive this endorsement.”
