In a story about congressional office expenses, USA Today reported that U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Fla., was one of the top spenders — while U.S. Reps. Daniel Webster and Ander Crenshaw were among the most thrifty.

The report said Brown, of Jacksonville,  spent 99.4 percent of her 2011 office budget, which tied her for the fourth-highest total in the House. Meanwhile, it said Webster, a Winter Garden Republican, spent 65.6 percent of his office budget, which was the third-lowest amount. Crenshaw, a Jacksonville Republican, spent 73 percent, placing him 10th from the bottom.
