Valentine’s Day plus “journospeak” equals meme-worthy fun

Want to send Valentine’s Day love to your favorite journalist? Or maybe you are a reporter looking for some roll-your-eyes inside humor?

The journalism blog 1000 Words gives you what you are searching for,  with the 2014 version of the annual journo/Valentine’s Day trope. And this year, they are trying their darnedest to make them “meme worthy.”

Using some of the latest in “journo speak,” the site offers nine different Valentines for Journalists.

And for those who didn’t feel the love in this batch, reporter Meranda Adams is asking for comments and suggestions for next year — just hit the big Twitter machine with the hashtag #journolove.
