USFSP journalism students will host a town hall-style question and answer session with St. Petersburg Mayor Bill Foster on Thursday, Sept. 1. This event is free and open to the public.

The student organizers are undergraduate and graduate students involved with the university’s Neighborhood News Bureau. Based in the Midtown neighborhood of St. Petersburg, students working in the bureau produce stories, features, photography and announcements about the Midtown neighborhood and other areas of St. Petersburg for use by local and regional news media.
