With less than a month to go before the Florida GOP selects a new state chairman, it’s interesting to watch the traditional media play catch-up on this story.
Case in point is the News Service of Florida’s story from Brandon Larrabee headlined, “Dougher emerges as clear favorite as RPOF chair.”
Larrabee’s story come a full six days after SaintPetersBlog reported, “With @JoeGruters out of running for RPOF chair, Clay County’s Leslie Dougher emerging as leading candidate to replace @LennyCurry.”
That’s right, the blog the Florida GOP last year warned should be taken with a grain of salt was first with who would be the next chair of the Florida GOP.
