Senate Majority Leader Andy Gardiner today endorsed House Majority Whip Jim Frishe for the Florida Senate.

Sen. Gardiner joins Tampa Bay Senators Jack Latvala and Dennis Jones, and a growing list of conservative local and state leaders who are rallying behind Jim Frishe for the State Senate.

“Today I am proud to endorse fellow conservative, Jim Frishe, for the Florida Senate. I have known Jim Frishe since he came to the Florida House in 2006 where I served with him for two years. Serving in the House, Jim has proven his credentials as a valuable member to the conservative cause as well as a fierce defender of Tampa Bay. Jim brings valuable experience to the legislative process, dedication to conservative principles, and foresight we need to continue making our state a better place to live. I would be honored to serve alongside Jim Frishe in the Florida Senate,” Majority Leader Gardiner said.
“I am deeply moved to have the support of Senate Majority Leader Andy Gardiner. In Tallahassee, Sen. Gardiner has fought to consolidate government, working side-by-side with Governor Scott to give a laser-like focus to job creation. If elected to the Senate I would be honored to join fellow Republicans like Andy Gardiner in the fight to consolidate government, cut taxes, and make it easier for businesses to hire residents of the Bay area,” Frishe said.
