Why is the Tampa Trib leading with a sputtering storm when the #RNC2012 is in town?

With a possibly devastating storm bearing down on New Orleans, many are fearing that the storm will pull coverage away from the RNC in Tampa.

University of South Florida J-school guru Wayne Garcia asked this question: How do you lede with a storm when the once-every-four-years, Tampa’s-never-gonna-get-it-again political convention is in town?
