Your are SO VERY Wrong!! Ending Sat mail delivery is only the beginning- and it has to do with a LOT more than politics. The USPO is NOT in debt – it was created by the GOP and would have continued to function profitiably other wise. Many of us in less populated areas depend on them. If the GOP wants to turn it over to private companies, do you think that is good for anybody?, let alone citizens? Just wait until the “electric grid” fails and it will. How will your phones, PC’s etal work then?

All valid points, but the loss will impact each side equally. Time will just shift, though not as significantly as what vote-by-mail has caused. Things change from one cycle to the next. Hand-wringing won’t cut it. We’ll all adapt in time for the next election.
