Tampa Bay residents can now stream their local ABC and FOX stations on DIRECTV NOW, the AT&T streaming service.

DIRECTV NOW has more than doubled its number of supported local stations since the service launched in November 2016. With the recent expansion, DIRECTV NOW has live local coverage in almost 70% of U.S. TV households.

“We are pleased to add additional content for Tampa Bay viewers who want to stream their favorite local programming on DIRECTV NOW,” said Daniel York, chief content officer for AT&T. “We will keep the momentum going, and have plans to keep the number of local channels growing on DIRECTV NOW.”

By the end of August, on a nationwide basis, DIRECTV NOW plans to triple the number of local live channels available since launch. Users in more markets will see live local ABC, NBC and FOX channels.
