First-time candidate Mike Mikurak is holding firmly to his lead in the fundraising race for the District 3 at-large seat on the Pinellas County Commission. Mikurak, a Republican, raised another $2,405 in June, bringing his total to $102,885. That is almost double Charlie Justice’s total of $55,582. Justice, the incumbent, raised $1,100 in June.
