Pinellas is in. Mayor Rick Kriseman secured a commitment from Pinellas County Commissioners on Tuesday — by a vote of 6-1 — to set aside $350,000 for a St. Pete-to-Tampa ferry pilot project. PSTA offers more free rides for students

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority is now offering free rides to all Pinellas Technical College students and staff members. Any PTC student or staff member will now be permitted to ride PSTA buses for free by showing their school ID. Pinellas County Commission’s work session on civil citations for marijuana possession is expected to take place sometime after the 2016 Legislative Session.
