He also was the assistant news director with WMNF 88.5 FM in Tampa from 2000-2009, and currently hosts MidPoint, a weekly talk show, on WMNF on Thursday afternoons. Bob Buckhorn PAC builds war chest

One Florida Political Action Committee, the political committee formed by friends of Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn, has now raised over $60,000 since being created in December. The PAC raised $43,875.15 in February, by far its most prolific month in its short infancy.
