Kicking off the final week before Election Day, Sarasota Republicans are calling on Bobby Jindal to fire up GOP base voters with a late-election rally Tuesday, Oct. 28.
Restore America Rally, the get-out-the-vote event presented by the Republican Party of Sarasota and WLSS News Talk 930, will feature a roster of prominent conservatives.
Led by Jindal, two-term Louisiana governor and prospective 2016 presidential candidate, other headliners include talk show host Dennis Prager and political activist Ralph Reed, founder and chair of the Faith and Freedom Coalition. Also onstage will be a number of local and statewide conservative leaders.
The rally will be at the Sarasota Hyatt from 7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., with free general admission seating and VIP spaces for $50 per person.
For $100 per person, there will be a VIP reception, with photo opportunities, starting at 5:45 p.m. The reception gives attendees personal time with guests, along with refreshments. VIP Reception guests will also have reserved seating in the front rows of the main event.
