DCCC airing new playful ad dinging David Jolly’s lobbying work

Apparently it’s “New TV Ad Day” in the special election in Florida’s 13th Congressional District.

Early on Friday, the National Republican Congressional Committee started airing an attack ad against Alex Sink. Now, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has responded in-kind, launching a playful ad dinging David Jolly’s lobbying work.

As Curtis Krueger of the Tampa Bay Times notes, the ad even uses what appears to be one of Jolly’s campaign stickers — except for the words “Washington Lobbyist” underneath.

Although I don’t know whether Jolly or Sink will win, it’s clear who one winner in this race is: local TV stations that are just soaking up these ad dollars.
