Sandy Adams announced that she has been endorsed by former Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice in her bid for Congressional District 7.

“Sandy Adams was elected to Congress in 2010 to send new leadership to Washington,” said former Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice. “Sandy has done an outstanding job in her first term by bringing a fresh approach to governing and she will continue to work hard by making tough decisions for this country. Her tenacity as a public servant has prepared her to stand up and fight for conservative values. I am proud to stand with Sandy because she has led the charge to stop earmarks, reduce government spending, and helped us restore American greatness once again. I encourage Central Florida voters to do the same on August 14.”

“I am humbled and honored to have a woman that I so greatly respect stand by my side as we fight to change business as usual in Washington,” said Adams. “Dr. Rice served our nation honorably and has been a tireless advocate for democracy and freedom around the world. She has stood up for the principles and values that our nation was founded upon and it is because of strong leaders like her that I am confident we can change the direction of our nation. She understands that we aren’t just defending our great nation abroad, but we must defend its values and principles here at home as well. I look forward to working with Condoleezza Rice to change the broken culture of Washington D.C. and continue America’s role as the leader of the free world.”
