Bill Foster to launch campaign at Pioneer Park

in The Bay and the 'Burg by
Mayoral hopeful Bill Foster will unveil his “Foster Formula” at noon on Monday during a public speech at Pioneer Park (and after homeless protesters interrupted Kathleen Ford’s announcement speech, who knows who will show up at Foster’s speech).

Monday marks the six-months-and-counting mark until the primary for the Saint Petersburg Mayor’s race. Actually, voting will begin as early as July, but his late entry doesn’t seem to worry Foster: “Unlike other campaigns, I don’t have to cram for the final,” Foster said. “From Day One, I can take off running.” Wasn’t Hillary Clinton saying the same kind of thing last year?
