Free 2011 ‘Florida Lobbyist Directory’ debuts for iPhone

in Uncategorized by

Released August 21, Floridians can now access a free directory of 2011 Florida lobbyists, firms and clients in the palm of their hand. This new iPhone application, developed by What’s Next Marketing and Bellwether Software Development, is an easy mobile source of information for public officials, lobbyists and their clients.

Working in a tier system, the app opens with an alphabetical list of lobbyists by last name. From there, users can view their firm, clients and registered address with phone number.

“Government and technology are merging closer together every day. Information must be easily accessible for anyone, regardless of affiliation or status,” said Ryan Cohn, Chief Executive Officer of What’s Next Marketing. “The Florida Lobbyist Directory is a great step in the right direction for our state’s development.”

Currently available for iPhone and iPod Touch users, politicians now have complete up-to-date mobile access to contact information for all Florida lobbyists, their clients and the firms who represent them. An Android version is expected late September, a premium version offering additional content and features will be available in November, and an optimized iPad version is slated for release in December.  To download the Florida Lobbyist Directory, visit For more information, visit
