FSU football coach Jimbo Fisher and his wife Candi are divorcing.

The Fishers have separated and are working with attorneys to mediate terms of their divorce, the Tallahassee Democrat has confirmed.

Fisher, 49, led the Seminoles to a national title in 2013. He and Candi have two sons, Trey and Ethan. In 2011, Ethan was diagnosed with Fanconi Anemia, a rare life-threatening blood disorder. The Fishers created the Kidz 1st Fund.

Gary Shelton is one of the most recognized and honored sportswriters in the history of the state. He has won the APSE's national columnist of the year twice and finished in the top 10 eight times.
