The Gators on the second team were offensive linemen Martez Ivey and David Sharpe, defensive lineman Bryan Cox, linebacker Jarrad Davis and punter Johnny Towsend. Defensive lineman CeCe Jefferson and defensive back Marcus Maye were on the third team.
Despite the players’ finish, Florida was picked to finish second to Tennessee in the SEC East.
