In criticism of Jack Latvala, the Sunshine State News confuses @SaintPetersblog for SPT's Adam Smith

It’s small potatoes to the rest of the world, but because it’s part of criticism with which I disagree, the Sunshine State News makes a pretty glaring error in this story about Jack Latvala, confusing me for the St. Petersburg Times‘ Adam Smith. The mix-up is in this paragraph:

Ever since the session ended, Latvala’s hometown newspaper, the St. Petersburg Times, has been blowing him kisses. First, Times Political Editor Adam Smith tweets this: “Jack Latvala is the political Winner of the Week for almost single-handedly saving Florida from its Legislature.” Saving Florida from its Legislature? Said like a pouty newspaper that didn’t get its way on Election Day.

Actually, that was my Tweet. It was in response to Adam’s request for nominations for Political Winner/Loser of the Week, so I can maybe — MAYBE — understand the confusion. But since crediting the Tweet to Adam Smith is the basis for the criticism of him, I think SSN needs to get its Tweets straight.
