Lynn Haven mayor, Walter Kelley, endorses Melissa Hagan for HD 6

Today, Melissa Hagan officially announced the endorsement of Lynn Haven Mayor, Walter Kelley. 

In endorsing Melissa, Mayor Kelley said, “The people of District 6 need a strong representative to continue the work in supporting education, economic development, and Home Rule in the state legislature. Melissa Hagan is the person we need representing us, because she has the knowledge, ability, and integrity to get the job done!”

Mayor Kelley continued, “Melissa is a person that has the demeanor to lead, communicate, and serve all people and will be a strong voice for District 6. Therefore, I support her to replace the Honorable Jimmy Patronis as he completes his final term. Elect Melissa Hagan for State Representative, District 6.”

Upon receiving Mayor Kelley’s endorsement, Melissa said, “Mayor Kelley personifies the term public servant.  A decorated Air Force veteran as well as a proud husband, father and grandfather, Mayor Kelley’s service to his community is unparalleled.  I am enormously proud and humbled to have his support and will look to emulate his model of honorable service in the State House of Representatives.  I am proud to call Mayor Kelley a friend, honored to have him as a supporter, and on behalf of all of us who call Lynn Haven home, lucky to have him as our Mayor.”
