Marco Rubio teases 2016 campaign themes with new video

Touching on the themes of American exceptionalism that he’s expressed since he first surfaced on the national political scene, Marco Rubio has released a a new video ahead of his expected presidential campaign announcement on Monday afternoon.

Rubio’s “Big Announcement” as his camp is touting it, will come at 5:30 p.m. at the Freedom Tower in downtown Miami.

The five-and-a-half minute video, called  “A New American Century,” first appeared on Rubio’s YouTube page on Friday afternoon.

Rubio’s expected entry into the presidential race will make him the third official presidential candidate of the 2016 campaign, joining Texas U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz and Kentucky U.S. Sen. Rand Paul.
