Personnel note: AT&T names Alex Dominguez Regional Director of External Affairs

AT&T announced today that Alex Dominguez has been named the new Regional Director of External Affairs for City of Miami, South Miami-Dade County and Monroe County.

In his position, Dominguez will handle legislative and community affairs initiatives. He will also assist with new technology deployment and infrastructure investment by collaborating with community leaders, legislators and business leaders.

“AT&T has long been on the cutting edge of communications and delivering the technologies, products and services that connect our communities to what matters most to them,” Dominguez said. “I’m looking forward to carrying on this tradition of excellence in South Florida.”

Dominguez previously served as the Director of the Miami-Dade County Legislative Delegation. He also served as the Director of Fundraising and Membership Development for the Foundation for Human Rights in Cuba, the South Florida Political Coordinator for the Florida Association of Realtors, was a Florida House Legislative Fellow, and has worked on various political campaigns.
