The Pinellas County Republican Party is hosting their bi-annual Victory Picnic this Sunday, August 15 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  It is an indoor picnic, where people will be able meet and mingle with candidates and elected officials in air conditioned comfort.  This event will be held at Banquet Masters II, 8100 Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.

Many statewide and local candidates have already confirmed that they’ll be there, including gubernatorial candidates Bill McCollum and Rick Scott.  Tickets are $20 each and they include admission, barbecue, and a vote for all Primary Election contests statewide and in Pinellas County.  Tickets will be available at the door or they may be purchased online through Saturday.

“This is a great opportunity for people to meet the candidates and learn about them firsthand,” says Pinellas GOP Chairman Jay J. Beyrouti.
