The Tampa Bay Rays showed a little pop in their lineup Sunday afternoon.
Steven Souza hit a bases-loaded home run, Evan Longoria a three-run home run and Logan Morrison a two-run home run as the Rays tied the Baltimore Orioles, 8-8, at Ed Smith Stadium.
For the Orioles, Pedro Alverez and Mark Trumbo homered. Alvarez’ was a grand slam and Trumbo’s a two-run shot.
The game was called with the score tied at 8 so the Rays could complete their travel schedule to Cuba.
Morrison had three hits and Longoria two for the Rays.
The Rays play against the Cuban national team on Tuesday afternoon.
