Rod Smith to Dems: 'Today is the end of mourning 2010'

From Keith Laing of the News Service of Florida: Florida Democrats formally handed the keys over to former state Sen. Rod Smith Saturday, elevating their most recent nominee for lieutenant governor to party chairman at a time when there are very few Democrats at the state Capitol.
