U.S. Senate Republican candidate Marco Rubio today announced the members of his Rubio for Senate Policy Advisory Committee. The Committee will be charged with providing Marco with critical policy advice on the challenges facing our country, the policies coming out Washington and the issues before the United States Senate. Throughout this campaign, Marco has been the only candidate to consistently talk about the issues most critical to Floridians and the public policies America will need to restore its limited government traditions.
The Policy Advisory Committee includes U.S. Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC), Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), Donna Arduin, Liz Cheney, Cesar V. Conda, Deborah DeMoss Fonseca, Andy Laperriere, Patricia Levesque and Robert McNally.
“I’m honored to have the help of so many trusted advisers. Now more than ever, we need someone in Washington we can trust to take a stand against policies that are taking our country in the wrong direction and offer a clear alternative. From addressing the need to cut spending to confronting our country’s mounting debt, our campaign has been about the issues important to Floridians. By having a serious conversation about these issues and ideas, we’ve sought to forge the highest level of political discourse in ways that overcome the personal attacks that are all too common in campaigns,” said Marco Rubio.
In the weeks ahead, Rubio will be announcing more members of the Policy Advisory Committee as his campaign continues to focus on the issues critical to Floridians.
