PSTA earns high marks for customer satisfaction

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority is outperforming the national transit industry in customer satisfaction by 20 points. Pinellas County’s public transit agency released results from a recent customer satisfaction survey of more than 500 riders after a board meeting Wednesday. Responses to survey questions asked throughout various parts of the day and on all PSTA routes were high. Uber partners with PSTA to get riders to bus stop

Ride sharing company Uber is partnering with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority to bridge the so-called “first-mile, last-mile” problem. Bus riders in Pinellas Park can now use the Uber ride-sharing app to hail a ride from their home or other destination to a bus stop.
